These Terms govern your access to and use of gratefulacademy.com, the Grateful Movement™, videos, community, consultations, and related services (the “Services”) provided by Michael R. Brunet Sr. / Grateful Academy™. 

1. AcceptanceBy accessing the Site or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. EligibilityYou must be at least 19 years old (or the age of majority in your province) to use paid services or provide personal information.
3. Free ServicesTheGrateful Movement™ membership, videos, and notifications are free and voluntary. We may change or discontinue them at any time. 
4. Paid Consultations

• Sessions are educational coaching only. 

• Pricing: $220 per 60-minute Zoom session; $800 for 4-session package (prepaid). 

• Payment via [Stripe or other clearing house]—non-refundable except as stated in our refund policy (e.g., 24-hour notice for full refund on first session). 

• We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services. 

5. User ConductYou agree not to misuse the Services, harass others, or violate laws.
6. Intellectual PropertyAll Content is owned by Grateful Academy™ or licensed. Limited personal use only—no commercial reproduction.
7. Limitation of Liability & No WarrantiesServices provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties. Liability limited to the amount paid (if any) in the last 12 months.
8. Governing LawThese Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada. Disputes resolved in Ontario courts.
9. ChangesWe may update these Terms—continued use means acceptance.
